Josh Bogaski-Baugh, M.S.Ed. has a diverse work experience spanning several institutions and roles. Josh began their career as an Adjunct Faculty at Saint Xavier University, teaching courses in various subjects. Josh then moved on to become the Associate Director of Student Development and Career Services, where they played a key role in advising and assisting students with their career readiness.

In addition to their time at Saint Xavier University, Josh has also worked independently as a Marketing & Brand Advisor, providing strategic guidance to clients. Josh has also served as a Student Affairs Administrator at The University of Chicago and held various positions at Southern Illinois University, including Course Designer and Instructor, Career Specialist, and Graduate Assistant in Career Services.

Furthermore, Josh has contributed to the field of education at The Illinois Institute of Art - Schaumburg, where they served as a Student Affairs Advisor. Josh also gained teaching experience as a Teaching Assistant at Southern Illinois University and as an Adjunct Faculty Advisor at Joliet Junior College.

Josh Bogaski-Baugh, M.S.Ed. holds a Doctor of Philosophy (Ph.D.) in Leadership, Equity, and Inquiry from Illinois State University, which was earned between 2023 and 2027. Prior to that, they obtained a Master of Science in Education with a focus on Higher Education from Southern Illinois University, Carbondale in 2014. Josh completed their Bachelor of Arts degree in Psychology with summa cum laude honors from Governors State University in 2012. In 2010, they earned an Associate in Arts degree in Psychology from Joliet Junior College. Josh Bogaski-Baugh also has additional certifications, including a Certificate of Completion in FERPA Compliance from The Center for Excellence in Higher Education Law & Policy at Stetson University College of Law in 2021, and a Title IX Investigator Track Certificate of Completion from NASPA - Student Affairs Administrators in Higher Education in 2020.
