Nic Crider has over two decades of experience in education, currently serving as the Chair of the School Counseling Department and Director of Student Success at Saint Xavier High School since August 2008. Additional responsibilities include serving as an Assistant Coach for Cross-Country and Track. Prior to this, Crider was a Physical Sciences Teacher at Seneca High School within Jefferson County Public Schools from August 2003 to August 2008, contributing to the development of a new science curriculum in collaboration with GE. Crider's educational background includes a Certificate in School Management and Leadership from Harvard University, a Principal Licensure Certificate from Spalding University, a Master of Science in Counselor Education from Indiana University Southeast, and a Bachelor of Science in Secondary Education from The University of Tennessee at Chattanooga. Experience also includes teaching and coaching roles at Ringgold High School in Catoosa County Schools from September 2000 to August 2003.
