Allyson Gleason serves as the Director of Athletics & Campus Engagement at Delaware County Community College since October 2013, where responsibilities include assessing programming for a diverse student body and managing significant events like Commencement Exercises. Allyson has achieved notable success in increasing program participation and retention rates, facilitating leadership training, and onboarding new orientation leaders. Previous roles include Director of Campus Life and Assistant Director of Campus Life, focusing on event planning and student support across multiple campuses. With foundational experience as a Graduate Student Intern at West Chester University of Pennsylvania and Montgomery County Community College, along with earlier roles in customer service and team management, Allyson holds a Master of Science in Counseling and Student Affairs from West Chester University and a Bachelor of Arts in Communication Studies from Bloomsburg University.
