Sawyer Phillips is an experienced mission leader with a commitment to building transformational communities and forming missionary disciples. Currently serving as the Mission Leader at Saint Paul's Outreach since January 2017, Sawyer has a background in ministry and education with roles such as Campus Ministry and Theology Department Intern at Benilde-St. Margaret's School and Retreat Assistant at the University of St. Thomas. Previous experience includes serving as an Undergraduate Research Assistant at the Amherst H. Wilder Foundation, a Summer Camp Counselor at the YMCA, and a Peer Minister at the University of St. Thomas. Sawyer holds two Bachelor's degrees in Justice and Peace Studies and Spanish Culture and Literary Studies from the University of St. Thomas, attained in 2016.
