Kimberly Kroener is an accomplished nursing professional with extensive experience in nursing administration and resource management. Since February 2009, Kimberly has served as the Director of Nursing Business Operations at Saint Michael's Medical Center, where responsibilities include recruitment and contract management of agency personnel, along with oversight of Float Pool and Nursing Administration personnel. Prior to this role, Kimberly worked as the Nursing Resource Manager at Somerset Medical Center from January 2004 to January 2009, focusing on the recruitment and management of agency and traveler RNs, as well as Float Pool and Nursing Administration employees.
