Ashley Smith, MSHRMD, currently serves as the Human Resources Administrative Coordinator at Saint Leonard's Ministries, a position held since September 2022. Previously, Ashley worked as a Human Resources Specialist at RoadSafe Traffic Systems, where responsibilities included facilitating onboarding processes and addressing inquiries from branch managers and employees. Additional roles included Contract Onboarding Associate at UChicago Medicine, Human Resources Coordinator at Chicago Methodist Senior Services, and various positions in recruitment and scheduling in earlier careers. Ashley holds a Master of Science in Human Resources Management and Development from National Louis University, a Bachelor of Science in Healthcare Management from Southern Illinois University, and an Associate of Arts in Psychology from City Colleges of Chicago-Wilbur Wright College.
