Fabrice Kakambi possesses a diverse background in quality engineering and management within the agricultural and food industries. Currently serving as a Stagiaire en ingénierie qualité at Saint Jean since February 2024, Fabrice previously worked as a Receptionist at HOTEL MAREGOLF, where responsibilities included customer management and emergency response. Fabrice held the position of Responsable RSE et Qualité at D2COMPANY, overseeing activities and quality training for cacao planters, while prior experience as Ingénieur - certification et systèmes de qualité cacao at Socam 5c involved quality control according to partner certifications. Earlier roles include a quality control internship in bakery and pastry, as well as foundational experience in quality systems and HACCP during an internship at Soacam. Currently pursuing a Master of Science in Agroecology and Sustainable Agriculture at ISARA Lyon, Fabrice also holds multiple degrees in agro-industry and food technology.
