Deborale Richardson-Phillips

Vice President, Diversity, Equity & Inclusion at Saint Ignatius High School

Deborale Richardson-Phillips, PhD, PHR, currently serves as Vice President at Saint Ignatius High School since August 2019. Previously, Deborale held the position of Diversity and Inclusion Consultant at FirstEnergy Solutions from June 2016 to July 2019, and served as District Director for Diversity & Inclusion and Title IX Coordinator at Cuyahoga Community College from January 2013 to May 2016. Earlier roles include Director of Multicultural Affairs at Case Western Reserve University between August 2004 and December 2012, and Assistant Dean of Multicultural Affairs as well as Assistant Professor of Human Development & Family Studies at Messiah College from August 1998 to August 2004. Deborale Richardson-Phillips holds a Doctor of Philosophy from the University of Delaware in Human Development and Family Studies, a Master of Public Administration from the same institution in Family Policy, and a Bachelor of Arts from Winston-Salem State University in Political Science/Sociology.
