Russell Bower has extensive experience in IT and Digital Leadership, currently serving as the Director of Delivery & Development at Saint-Gobain since 2013, where responsibilities include overseeing Delivery, Low Code Development, DevOps, Integration, and Quality Assurance teams within the SG UK&I Digital Team. Prior to this role, Russell held the position of IT Programme Manager at Saint-Gobain Building Distribution Limited from January 2020 to March 2023, focusing on the development and support of the KCS K809 trading system. Russell's earlier experience includes serving as Business Services Manager at Jewson from January 2007 to March 2023, where oversight encompassed Applications Support, Quality Assurance, Functional Design, Project Office, and IT Finance teams. Russell's educational background includes completing studies at Holmfirth High School from 1982 to 1987.
