Florian Conrad is an accomplished professional with extensive experience in supply chain management and SAP systems, currently serving as the SAP S4HANA Functional Lead for Supply Chain Management at Saint-Gobain since November 2020. With a focus on transforming supply chains into competitive advantages, Florian has managed a multi-year business transformation program across multiple business units and countries. As the Global Head of the SAP Competence Center AGILE, Florian led large teams, oversaw significant P&L responsibilities, and initiated digitalization and IT innovation. Prior experience includes roles at Lufthansa Group as Director of Business Processes & IT Management, and at Roche, where Florian held various leadership positions in SAP project management and system ownership across numerous global regions. Florian holds an MBA in Information and Performance Management and has complemented professional development with formal education in business informatics and human resources training.
