Ilka Hinz obtained a Diploma in Business Administration with a focus on Economic Sciences from FH Bielefeld and furthered professional development by completing an NLP Master DVNLP in Personal Development at the Praxis und Institut für Mental Coaching, from September 2022 to May 2023.
