Krystal then worked at AccuQuest Hearing Centers as a Sourcing Coordinator and Database Administrator Consultant, overseeing the recruitment database and streamlining the recruitment lifecycle. After that, they joined AccuQuest Network as a Network Administrator, serving as the point of contact for customer issues, maintaining network relations, and ensuring customer satisfaction. Krystal Knebl completed their Bachelor's degree in Political Science at Carthage College from 2006 to 2008. Krystal then pursued an Associate of Arts degree in Economics and Business at Harper College in 2011. Prior to that, they obtained an Associate degree in Science from McHenry County College between 2004 and 2006. Krystal's high school education was completed at McHenry Community High School - East, where they took advanced Microsoft classes as part of their AP courses and received their H.S. Diploma in 2005.
In terms of certifications, Krystal obtained their Certified Scrum Product Owner (CSPO) certification from Scrum Alliance in February 2019 and their Certified ScrumMaster (CSM) certification in December 2018.
