Merete Kandborg is the Head of Legal at Saint-Gobain Distribution Denmark, responsible for managing a diverse legal department since November 2019. Key tasks include drafting construction contracts, handling disputes, and overseeing corporate transactions. Prior to this role, Merete served as an attorney at KPC and MT Højgaard, focusing on real estate development, contract negotiation, and advising on construction law. Merete has significant experience in public sector negotiations at Bygningsstyrelsen and was a senior tax consultant at Ernst & Young, specializing in corporate taxation and restructuring. Merete holds a law degree from the University of Copenhagen, completed in 2006.
