Elizabeth (Liz) Kelley, MSN, RN, currently serves as a Utilization Review Nurse at the U.S. Department of Veterans Affairs since January 2024. Prior to this role, Elizabeth gathered extensive experience as a Registered Nurse, working at multiple healthcare institutions including Saint Francis Hospital - Memphis and Baptist Memorial Hospital-Memphis.
