Natalie Lai is an experienced educator currently serving as the Director of School Culture and Belonging and English Teacher at Saint Francis High School since August 2017. Prior to this role, Natalie worked as a high school teacher within the East Side Union High School District from 2011 to 2017. Natalie holds a Bachelor of Arts in English with a minor in Applied Psychology, as well as a Master of Arts in Education, both from the University of California, Santa Barbara.
