Ilyas Ay is a Account Manager at Saint Elmo's since June 2020, where Ilyas also held positions as Junior Account Manager and Apprentice Marketing Communication under the Projektmanagement department. Ilyas briefly worked as a Praktikant im Bereich Marketingkommunikation at Serviceplan Group Italia from October 2021 to November 2021. Ilyas Ay is currently pursuing a degree in Kaufmann für Marketingkommunikation at Berufliche Schule für Medien und Kommunikation Hamburg, while also studying at the University of Hamburg and Kiel University.
