Cynthia Desmond currently serves as the Director of Instructional Technology & Design and previously held the position of Instructional Technology Support Specialist at Saint Anselm College since August 2010. Prior experience includes working as a New Business Customer Service Representative at Premium Financing Specialists from January 2009 to July 2010. Cynthia Desmond is pursuing a Doctor of Education (EdD) in Innovative Teaching & Learning at Northeastern University, having obtained a Master of Education (MEd) in Curriculum and Instruction, as well as a Graduate Certificate in Online Instructional Design from Plymouth State University between 2019 and 2021. Cynthia Desmond earned a Bachelor of Arts (BA) in Computer Science with Mathematics from Saint Anselm College in 2008.
