Maria Smith is a seasoned professional in customer insight and analytics with notable experience in leading teams across prominent organizations. Currently serving as the Head of Insight - GM at Sainsbury's since May 2023, Maria previously held the position of Senior Customer Insight Manager at Amazon, where key contributions included the launch of Amazon 4-star stores. Prior roles include Chapter Lead for Research & Analytics and Head of Customer & Colleague Insight at The Warehouse Group, as well as Insight Manager at Tesco, where efforts spanned multiple international markets.
