Lucia Kruyff is a skilled engineering professional with extensive experience in the fields of mechanical engineering and production management. Currently a Senior NPI Engineer and Electro-Mechanical Production Manager at Saildrone Inc since March 2017, Lucia oversees the production of vehicle components and assemblies while also focusing on the design and prototyping of vehicle systems. Prior to this role, Lucia served as an Engineering Support Tech at Akorbi at X - Makani, where notable contributions included improving the manufacturing process of large-scale composite wings through tooling design, comprehensive documentation, and innovative solutions for assembly optimization. Lucia holds a Bachelor of Science in Mechanical Engineering from Villanova University, obtained in 2015.
