Danica Blakslee serves as the Associate Director of CMC at Tome Biosciences since April 2024. Prior to this role, Danica was the Associate Director of Pre-Clinical Operations at Sail Biomedicines from July 2023 to April 2024 and held multiple positions at Laronde, including Sr. Manager of External Manufacturing and Senior Engineer II in the Pilot Lab from November 2021 to July 2023. Danica's earlier experience includes a managerial role in Upstream Process Development at uniQure and a variety of engineering roles at MassBiologics and Merrimack. Danica's expertise encompasses cell line development, process development, protein quantification, and the preparation of cell culture media, with foundational experience gained as a process engineering co-op at Genzyme. Danica holds both a Bachelor of Science and a Master of Science degree in Chemical Engineering from Northeastern University, completed between 2011 and 2016.
