Roya Seradj has a diverse work experience spanning various industries. Roya started their career at Google in 2006 as an Account Strategist, where they managed a significant annual online advertising spend and developed customized advertising solutions for clients. From 2012 to 2014, they worked at J.Crew as a Senior Graphic Designer, responsible for executing various marketing design projects and overseeing product photography. In 2016, they joined L'Oréal as a Senior Graphic Designer before moving on to Smashbox Cosmetics in 2019 as the Director of Package Design. At Smashbox Cosmetics, they led the Packaging Design team, developed packaging concepts, and implemented the brand's sustainability and cost targets. Currently, they hold the position of Design Director at Saie since 2020. Throughout their career, Roya has gained extensive experience in design, marketing, and strategy.
Roya Seradj holds a B.A. in Communication from the University of California, Davis. Additionally, they have obtained an AAS in Graphic Design from Parsons School of Design - The New School. No specific start or end years were provided for either educational experience.
