Lindsey Gilson has a diverse work experience. Lindsey began their career in 2015 as an Engineering Intern at Standard Motor Products, where they were responsible for over $30,000 worth of parts and generated savings through their skills in Physics and Engineering. Also in 2015, they were a CPFR Analyst Co-Op at Unilever, where they managed $5MM of daily inventory replenishment and improved On Shelf Availability of Unilever products in 1800 Target stores. Additionally, they participated in Unilever's Supply Chain Mentorship Program as a Mentee, where they were paired with an Unilever employee to better their professional, social and communication skills. In 2017, Gilson began working at Unilever in a full-time capacity as an Assistant Category Procurement Manager - Savory and then moved on to a role as a Supply Chain Planner in the Unilever Future Leaders Program. Lindsey then became a Front Line Manager and later a Procurement Excellence Manager, where they were responsible for leading Procurement Resiliency Initiatives. In 2022, Gilson began working at Saie as a Senior Operations Manager.

Lindsey Gilson attended the University of Connecticut from 2013 to 2017, where they earned a Bachelor of Science in Management and Engineering for Manufacturing.
