Larry Honarvar is an accomplished technology executive with extensive experience in IT consulting, cloud solutions, and managed services. Currently serving as Vice President - Cloud Practice Lead at SAIC since September 2023, Larry previously held key leadership roles at NetCraftsmen as Vice President Operations from July 2017 to September 2023, and at CGI from 2007 to 2017, where Larry was VP Operations & Deputy Director for State & Local Solutions, focusing on Cloud, SaaS, and managed services. Earlier career positions include Vice President of Banking Solutions at CGI-AMS and various roles at American Management Systems, all concentrating on banking and managed services. Larry holds a Bachelor of Business Administration in Information Technology from Loyola University Maryland, earned in 1992.
