Ying Wang has extensive experience in human resources and learning and development, currently serving as the Sr. Manager of L&D and HRBP of the Tech-center at SAIC Motor Passenger Vehicle since January 2011. In this role, Ying Wang is responsible for strategic human resource planning, organizational development, talent development systems, and leadership training initiatives. Prior to this position, Ying Wang held the role of Learning and Development Manager and HR Manager of the Tech-Center, focusing on the optimization of training systems and fostering company culture. Ying Wang also has experience as HRBP Manager for SAIC R&D Center, where initiatives included managerial system establishment and HR process integration. Earlier, Ying Wang worked as an Employee Development Specialist at Shanghai General Motors Corporation Limited, overseeing training and development programs for a large team of engineers. Ying Wang graduated with a bachelor's degree in English from Shanghai University in 2006.
