Courtney Hammond is a Community Engagement and Education Officer at SAHMRI since January 2020, with a focus on Implementation Science and involvement in projects such as Taingiwilta Pirku Kawantila: Strong Community in the North, the Aboriginal Eye Health Project, and the Indigenous Language Study. Courtney has presented at various conferences including the IRNet Showcase and the National Aboriginal and Torres Strait Islander Eye Health Conference, showcasing important research findings. Additionally, Courtney holds a Master of Public Health and a Bachelor of Health and Medical Sciences from the University of Adelaide, and has experience in administrative support and research roles within the university context. Prior employment includes a position as a Checkout Assistant at Coles from June 2014 to December 2019.
