Tierra Wilson's work experience includes roles in various senior living and healthcare organizations. Tierra most recently served as the Divisional Director of Sales and Marketing at Sagora Senior Living since February 2020. Prior to that, they worked as a Senior Healthcare Consultant at Guide2Grow from February 2019 to February 2020. From November 2017 to February 2019, they held the position of Campus Director of Admissions at Charles E. Smith Life Communities. Before that, they worked at Consulate Health Care, first as a Director of Admissions from April 2012 to April 2014, and then as a Regional Director of Admissions & Business Development from April 2014 to April 2017.

Tierra Wilson completed their Bachelor of Science (B.S.) degree in Pharmaceutical Sciences from The Ohio State University. Tierra attended the university from 2001 to 2005.
