Lisa Morales Freed has a diverse work experience, starting from 2000. Lisa Morales began their career at IBM iX as a Director of Intelligence, where they held a management position and focused on strategy-based client work. Lisa Morales played a key role in positioning new and established companies online, exploring new revenue streams, and establishing the advertising discipline. During their time at IBM iX, they co-created the company's brand strategy model and received the prestigious Orbie Award of Excellence for breakthrough creativity.
