Randi Merrington, SHRM-CP, currently serves as the Employee Benefits Account Manager at Saginaw Bay Underwriters since November 2021. Prior experience includes a role as Human Resources Specialist at Children's Therapy Corner, focusing on benefits administration, employee relations, and legal compliance, among other HR functions. Randi's extensive career also includes positions at Case Systems, Inc., Mahar Tool Supply, Metro Fabricating, Apothecary Products, LLC, and Michigan Molecular Institute, accumulating expertise in recruiting, payroll administration, employee training, and benefits management. Randi holds a B.A. in Business from Northwood University and an Associate degree in Computer and Information Sciences from Delta College.
