Cailin Tacktor has extensive experience in the financial services and customer service sectors, currently serving as a Business Account Manager at Saginaw Bay Underwriters since October 2014, after progressing through roles as Customer Service Representative for both commercial and personal lines. Prior to this, Cailin worked at Dow Chemical Employees' Credit Union from May 2005 to March 2014, where responsibilities included training and mentoring representatives, overseeing account compliance, and significantly exceeding sales goals. Earlier experience includes a position as a Sales Clerk at Meijer and a Bilingual Tutor/Migrant Student Aide at Mason County Schools. Cailin holds a Bachelor of Business Administration in Management from Saginaw Valley State University, earned between 2005 and 2010.
