Paul Jonas Baterna is an experienced IT professional with a strong focus on telecommunications management. Currently serving as Senior Manager IT NOC at Sagility since January 2022, Paul oversees the Voice infrastructure and handles Telecom projects and operations support. Their previous role as Telecoms Manager at Hinduja Global Solutions Inc. involved managing the company's Telecom infrastructure and ensuring 24/7 operations while meeting service level agreements. Prior experience includes working as a Converged Solutions Engineer at Diversified Technology Solutions International, where Paul implemented and maintained Avaya systems, as well as serving as a System Engineer at Alliance Technologies Corp. Paul holds a Bachelor of Science in Telecommunication Technology from the University of Makati.
