Pauline Tong is a seasoned professional in the accounting and payroll sectors, currently serving as a Product Owner at The Access Group - Asia Pacific since June 2021, following an acquisition from Sage Software Australia. With significant experience at Sage since April 2015, Pauline has held multiple leadership roles, including Support Team Lead for Cloud Accounting and Payroll, where responsibilities included managing technical support operations, conducting performance evaluations, and acting as a liaison between customers and product development teams. Prior experience includes roles as a Graduate Tax Accountant at AJ&J Income Tax Pty Ltd and a Sales Consultant at Vodafone Australia. Pauline holds a Bachelor of Professional Accounting from Macquarie University and a Master of Finance and Business Economics from the University of Adelaide.
