Jarrod Ramsaroop is an experienced software engineer and team leader with a robust background in software development and project management. Currently serving as a Software Engineer Team Lead at Sage since July 2020, Jarrod leads a team in the design, development, and deployment of innovative software solutions while collaborating with product managers and stakeholders. Previously, at Rand Mutual - RMA, Jarrod provided mentorship and guidance to software engineers and coordinated project requirements. Jarrod's experience also includes roles as a Senior Software Developer at Travel IT and an Application Development Manager at Nedbank, where responsibilities spanned from managing developer performance to developing complex applications and business intelligence systems. Jarrod holds a Bachelor of Science (BSc) in Computer Science and Information Systems from the University of KwaZulu-Natal.
