Derek Graham is an experienced software architect and developer with a professional history spanning from 1993 to the present. Currently at Sage since May 2008, Derek has held various roles including Architect, Principal Developer, and Senior Developer. Prior to Sage, Derek was a Principal Developer at Bede Scientific and activAeon, managing critical projects for notable clients such as Coloplast A/S, Johnson-Matthey, JCB, Vodafone, and Coca-Cola. Derek's earlier experience includes a C++ Developer and Team Lead position at North East Electronics, where management of a development team and the delivery of commercial applications were key responsibilities. Educational credentials include a Master of Science in Computer Science with distinction and a Bachelor of Science in Applied Physics and Microelectronics, both from Northumbria University.
