Matt Medaries is an accomplished attorney with extensive experience in real estate law and business development. Currently serving as Attorney At Law at Matthew A. Medaries, PLLC and Managing Attorney at Sage Title Group, LLC since July 2021, Medaries has also held the position of Vice President Of Business Development & Counsel at Navy Federal Title Services from April 2015 to July 2021, where responsibilities included liaising with brokerage firms and lenders to facilitate real estate transactions. Previously, Medaries worked as a Legal Advisor for Open Hands Legal Services, providing pro bono legal assistance to low-income individuals, and as Managing Attorney for a Northern Virginia settlement group, overseeing operations and compliance.
