Christian Malias has a diverse work experience across various industries. Christian started their professional journey as a Performance Management Intern at the Consumer Financial Protection Bureau in 2017.

In the same year, Christian also worked as an Undergraduate Research Scholar at George Mason University's School of Business. Christian then continued their involvement with the university's athletics department, serving as the Team Captain for the NCAA Division 1 Men's Volleyball team from 2013 to 2018.

Moving on to 2018, Christian joined Potomac River Partners as an Analyst and later took on the roles of Senior Associate and Consultant. During their time at Potomac River Partners, they honed their skills in consulting.

For the next two years, starting in 2019, Christian had multiple professional engagements. Christian worked as a member of the Regional Advisory Council at Experience Camps for Grieving Children, contributing to the organization's mission of supporting grieving children. Additionally, they participated in professional development programs at Harvard Extension School.

In 2022, Christian transitioned into the pharmaceutical industry. Christian worked at Adaptimmune as the Global Corporate Compliance Manager before joining Sage Therapeutics as the Senior Manager of Compliance Operations, Monitoring, & Systems.

Their undergraduate education includes a Bachelor's Degree in Business Administration and Management from George Mason University - School of Business, which they obtained from 2013 to 2017.
