Ashley Douglas has a diverse work experience in the field of human resources. Ashley is currently working at Sage Therapeutics as a People & Experience Specialist since May 2021. Prior to this, they gained experience at Sumitomo Dainippon Pharma Oncology as a Senior Human Resources Specialist from February 2020 to May 2021. Ashley also worked at Sage Therapeutics in various roles, including Human Resources Project Coordinator, Talent Acquisition Coordinator, and Human Resources Intern from 2017 to 2020. Ashley started their career as a Human Resources Intern at Washington County Mental Health Services in 2016.

Ashley Douglas obtained their high school diploma from Essex High School from 2010 to 2014. Later, they pursued a Bachelor of Arts (B.A.) degree in Applied Psychology & Human Development from Boston College between 2014 and 2018.
