Karla Kirby has a Bachelor of Science in Business Administration with an emphasis in Marketing and Human Resources Management from the University of Colorado at Boulder. Karla has a wealth of experience in human resources, working for companies such as Sage Hospitality Group, Cintas, DaVita Kidney Care, Omni Hotels & Resorts, CORESTAFF Services-Great West Financial, ADP, Walt Disney World, and Omni Hotels. Karla's roles have included HR Manager, HR Coordinator, Recruiter, HRIS Coordinator, and Director of Human Resources. Currently, Karla serves as the Regional Director of People and Culture for the Sage Hospitality Group overseeing various establishments within the company.
