Meredith Eden Guidera MA(2), LMFT, RDT is a seasoned professional with extensive experience in therapeutic activities and counseling, particularly for older adults. As the Hummingbird Project Manager at Sage Eldercare Solutions since May 2016, Meredith focuses on quality of life enrichment through assessments and therapeutic interventions. Additionally, Meredith serves as Lead Therapeutic Activity Specialist and has held roles including Therapeutic Activity Specialist at Creative Health Services Inc and Associate Marriage and Family Therapist, providing counseling for children and support for families. Educational qualifications include specialized training in Drama Therapy from the Developmental Transformation Institute, a Master’s in Counseling Psychology with Drama Therapy training from the California Institute of Integral Studies, and dual Master’s and Bachelor’s degrees in Drama and Dramatics/Theatre Arts from San Francisco State University.
