Sushma N Swamy is a Human Resources Executive at Sagar Hospitals India since May 2021, bringing a strong background in human resources and procurement. Prior to this role, Sushma gained valuable experience at IBM from April 2016 to October 2021 in procurement and also served as an HRA at Bhagwan Mahaveer Jain Hospital Group during the same period. Sushma holds a Master of Business Administration (MBA) degree in Human Resources Management and Services from Alagappa University, completed between 2012 and 2015.
