Rebecca McGowan is an experienced professional in service management, currently serving as a Service Desk Manager at Saga plc. since August 2023. Prior to this role, Rebecca worked as a Service Delivery Manager at Agilisys from April 2020 to August 2023 and held the position of Service Desk Manager at NES Fircroft from October 2015 to April 2020. Rebecca holds a Bachelor of Arts in Film/Video and Photographic Arts from The Manchester Metropolitan University, completed in June 2011.
