Odalis Polanco has a diverse work experience spanning from 2006 to 2020. Odalis is currently a Director of Finance and Accounting at Saga Education since July 2020, where they previously held the position of Senior Accountant. Prior to that, they worked as a Social Entrepreneur at Sustainable Ecoturism. From 2014 to 2019, they worked at Wells Fargo Capital Finance as an ABL Relationship Manager in the International Division and as a Credit Analyst II. Odalis also has experience as a Strategic Planner Consultant at Quest Adventures Inc, a Program Coordinator at Caribbean Connections, and a Revenue Accounting and Controls Associate at The MathWorks. Additionally, they founded DRYVE - Distributing Resources to Youth through Volunteer Efforts. Earlier in their career, they worked as a Project Coordinator Co-op at Terramar Mármol, s.a de c.v., an Accounts Payable Co-op at Pioneer Investments, and an ISSI Office Assistant at Northeastern University.
Odalis Polanco obtained a Bachelor of Science in International Business with a focus on Accounting and Spanish from Northeastern University in 2011. Additionally, in 2010, Odalis studied at Universidad de las Américas Puebla, where they pursued a Bachelor of Science in International Business with a specialization in EconomÃa & Negocios Internacionales. Prior to that, from 2002 to 2006, Odalis received a High School Diploma from English High School. In terms of certifications, Odalis obtained the Certified Credit and Risk Analyst (CCRA) certification from the National Association of Credit Management in 2018, along with the Credit Business Associate (CBA) certification. They also completed the Eastern Grants Forum 2021 - Nonprofits/Government program offered by The Graham Private Client Law Group, P.C.
