Florence Le Bas serves as a Program Associate for the Trust for Mutual Understanding since April 2023 and has held the position of Fellow at Signature Theatre Company since June 2023. In addition, Florence Le Bas has worked with the SAG-AFTRA Foundation in various roles, including House Manager, Associate Program Manager, Program Coordinator, and Program Assistant since September 2014. Florence Le Bas supports events at Netflix since September 2022 and taught Introduction to Acting as an Adjunct Professor at Brooklyn College from January to June 2023. Early experiences include working as a Costume Shop Assistant at Harper Joy Theater, an Education Intern and Teaching Assistant at Northwest Children's Theatre and School, an Undergraduate Conference Presentation Coach at Whitman College, and a Costume Design Assistant at Trollwood Performing Arts School. Florence Le Bas holds a Master of Fine Arts in Directing from Brooklyn College (2023) and a Bachelor of Arts in Theater from Whitman College (2014).
