Tiffany O'Neal has extensive experience in the field of foster care and community engagement. Tiffany began their career at SAFY in 2009 as a Foster Parent Recruiter, where they were responsible for recruiting and selecting foster parents. In 2015, they were promoted to Recruitment Coordinator, where they continued to excel in identifying potential foster parents. Their role expanded in 2016 when they became the Director of Foster Family and Community Engagement. In this position, they worked with SAFY's foster family network and community engagement efforts, overseeing multiple regions including Ohio, Northern Kentucky, Indianapolis, and Ft Wayne, Indiana. Throughout their career, Tiffany has demonstrated strong leadership, advocacy, and collaboration skills.

Tiffany O'Neal holds a Master of Business Administration (M.B.A.) degree in Marketing from Trident University International. Tiffany also obtained a Master's Degree in Leadership from the same university. Prior to their master's degrees, they earned a Bachelor's degree in Operations Management from Wright S.
