Heba Juma'a has extensive experience in the banking sector, currently serving as Deputy Head of Branches Network at Safwa Islamic Bank since November 2009. Heba Juma'a has held various managerial positions, including Senior Manager and Branch Manager, and is responsible for branch operations, customer relations, and staff development. Additionally, Heba Juma'a participated in the establishment of the bank in Jordan and has experience in troubleshooting financial issues. Prior to Safwa Islamic Bank, Heba Juma'a worked as a customer service officer at Islamic International Arab Bank PLC. Heba Juma'a holds a Bachelor's degree in Banking and Finance from Hashemite University, obtained in 2007.
