Alain Emery is an accomplished engineering manager with extensive experience in mechanical design, manufacturing engineering, and industrial management. Currently serving as the Mechanical Design & Support Engineering Manager at Saft America Inc. since October 2013, Alain leads a team of engineers focused on product design and technology transfer of high-capacity lithium battery systems. Prior roles include Manufacturing Engineering Manager at Beneteau USA Inc., where Alain oversaw the assembly of sailboats, and Industrial Director at JPM an ASSA ABLOY Company, where Alain managed a large production team and significantly improved workplace safety. Alain's earlier experience includes engineering management roles at Hutchinson Seal and as a Mechanical Engineer at Predisys SA, specializing in maintenance improvement in the automotive and food packaging sectors. Alain holds a Master’s degree in Mechanical Engineering, CAD/CAM & Mechatronics from ISAE-Supméca, Paris.
