Jeremy Hallebard currently serves as the Group Senior Vice President of Talent at Safran since November 2024. Previously, Jeremy was the Vice President of HR Performance & Efficiency at Alstom from September 2020 to November 2024, where responsibilities included leading a Global HR Center of Excellence focused on organization effectiveness and employee engagement. Jeremy also held the role of HR Integration Leader during the acquisition of Bombardier Transportation. Prior experience includes serving as Regional HR Director for Asia, Middle East & Africa and Country HR Director for Essilor France, alongside a sabbatical period dedicated to travel. Jeremy's career began at Alstom in various HR roles, including HR Development Manager and Country Head of Talent Acquisition, following several apprenticeship positions at Bouygues Telecom, Alcatel-Lucent Enterprise, and VINCI Energies. Educational qualifications include a degree from Paris-Pantheon-Assas University.
