Brian Patterson is an experienced engineering professional with a career spanning over three decades. Currently serving as Principal Program Manager at Safran since August 2019, Brian previously held the role of Principal Systems Engineer at Rockwell Collins, where responsibilities included project management for In-flight Entertainment Systems on commercial airlines and business jets. Prior to that, Brian was Director of Engineering at Brooks Automation, overseeing software and hardware engineering, and played a key role in the development of control software for critical equipment. Brian also contributed significantly to Irvine Optical Company, LLC as Applications Engineering Manager, establishing the Applications Engineering group. Brian holds a Bachelor's degree in Mechanical Engineering from Caltech, attained in 1989.
