Federico Rivari began their work experience in 2012 as an OEM Sales Engineer at Casappa S.p.A. Federico then took on the role of Global Key Account Sales Engineer in June 2013. In January 2017, they were promoted to Global Key Account Manager. After working at Casappa for a total of seven years, they joined SAFIM Spa in March 2019 as a Sales Manager.

Federico Rivari pursued their education from 2001 to 2006 at Università degli Studi di Parma, where they obtained an Engineer's degree in Mechanical Engineering.
