Gian Luca Dellepiane serves as the Global Head of Human Resources & Organization at Safilo Group since December 2021. Prior to this role, Gian Luca held various HR leadership positions at Technogym, Prysmian Group, Pirelli Tyres, Fiat Auto, and Maserati S.p.A., encompassing responsibilities across multiple regions including North America, South Europe, South America, and Spain. Gian Luca began a career in HR after serving as a Navy Officer in the Italian Army. Academically, Gian Luca holds an Executive Master in Strategic Human Resources Management from SDA Bocconi and degrees in Political Science and Law from Università di Siena.
