Sheetal Kher has a diverse work experience spanning over two decades. Sheetal currently holds the role of PMO-Lead at Safexpress Private Limited, starting in March 2021. Prior to this, Sheetal worked as a Sr. Business Analyst at Trigma Solutions Pvt Ltd. from November 2013 to March 2021.

Earlier in their career, Sheetal served as a Business Analyst at Spice Digital from May 2008 to October 2009. Sheetal was responsible for gathering requirements for various Value Added Services (VAS) products. Before that, Sheetal worked at Reliance Communications as a Business Analyst from June 2007 to May 2008, where they monitored SLAs and collected requirements for different systems.

Sheetal also has experience in the banking sector, having worked as a Business Analyst at ICICI Bank from September 2006 to June 2007. Sheetal was responsible for monitoring application servers and worked on various applications. Additionally, Sheetal worked as a Technical Support Analyst at Reliance Communications from August 2002 to September 2006, where they played a key role in integrating different helpdesks into a single helpdesk.

Throughout their career, Sheetal has demonstrated their expertise in business analysis, requirement gathering, and project management.

Sheetal Kher pursued their undergraduate education from 1999 to 2003 at the University of Mumbai, where they obtained a Bachelor's degree in electronics. After a gap of several years, Sheetal resumed their education in 2011 and completed their postgraduate studies from 2011 to 2013. Sheetal enrolled in Sikkim Manipal University - Distance Education and earned their Master of Business Administration (M.B.A.) with a specialization in Project Management.
